You are doing the whole internet and the world a favor by exposing these criminals for who they are. I am simply amazed at the research information you have put into this. I got tired after running a whois on 20 different domains!
Hey I was ripped off too, do you have any advise for me as how to sue them in U.S. ?
Trustworthy sources have informed me that Yuri Mizyuk's company is now called Devellar and one of the new projects they have launched is plagtracker (see here http://www.essayscam.org/Forum/12/guess-who-owns-plagtracker-com-4208/) - how ironic, a plagiarism checking tool financed by money earned from cheating and selling questionable services!
They seem to clone them - both plagtracker and plagspotter belong to the same company http://devellar.com/portfolio/
